Orders from HVH Works are typically processed within 2–5 business days depending on product type and customization.
Custom engraved items may require additional processing time.
Typical U.S. shipping time once shipped:
3–7 business days
Orders shipping outside Pennsylvania may take slightly longer depending on carrier routing.
You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges
At Honor, Valor & Heritage Works, we stand behind the quality of every product we create. Many of our items are custom-made or engraved, so our return policy is designed to ensure fairness while protecting the integrity of personalized items.
Returns
Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Custom & Engraved Items
Because many of our products are custom engraved or personalized, custom items are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing error or damage during shipping.
If there is an issue with your custom item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the situation.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos so we can correct the issue.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be available for non-custom apparel items depending on inventory availability.
