SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
All orders are made to order and require production time before shipping:
- Standard products: 7–10 business days
- Custom orders: 10–21 business days
- Wholesale orders: 10–21 business days
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Methods
We ship via USPS and other carriers within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery Time
Delivery time is separate from production time. After your order ships, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Wholesale Orders
